Skoey Vergen

President & CEO

Mr. Vergen accepted the position of President & CEO of Aleut in 2021.  He is an original Aleut shareholder with over 20 years of expertise establishing and leading best-in-class, sustainable enterprise business operations.

Mandy Hawes

Chief Operating Officer

Mandy Hawes serves as Aleut’s Chief Operating Officer. Joining the Aleut team in 2022, she brings with her over 20 years of experience in finance. Mandy earned her undergraduate degrees in marketing and management from Abilene Christian University and an MBA, with a finance concentration, from the University of Texas.

Rob Misulich

Executive VP, Chief Legal Officer

Robert J. Misulich joined Aleut in 2022 with over a decade of experience in the Alaska legal community.

Most recently, Mr. Misulich was a shareholder in the Anchorage office of a large regional law firm representing Alaska Native corporations, tribes, and participants in the SBA’s 8(a) Business Development Program. He also previously served in-house for another Alaska Native regional corporation.

Danny Parrish

Chief Financial Officer

Danny Parrish is Aleut’s Chief Financial Officer. Joining the Aleut team in 2023, he brings with him over 20 years of experience in the finance and audit industry. Mr. Parrish holds a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Alaska Pacific University.
