Deadline for proxy receipt by election judge is November 8, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. AST

The deadline for voting by ballot at the Annual Meeting is November 12, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. AST. Ballot votes are not included in the Proxy Prize drawing at the Annual Meeting. If you want to be entered in the Proxy Prize Drawing, you need to return your paper or electronic proxy by November 8, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. AST. Proxy prizes will be randomly drawn by the Election Judge, prior to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on November 12, 2022.
Annual Meeting Update – Date Change to November 12, 2022
TAC’s Board of Directors has voted to move the 50th Annual Meeting of Shareholders from October 15, 2022, to November 12, 2022, to provide additional time for TAC Management to complete the annual audit. We apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause to your travel plans.

As a result of this change of date, we are revising dates and deadlines for proxy submission and early-bird prizes. Shareholders can also expect their Annual Report and Proxy Packet to arrive in the mail by mid-October at the earliest.

Despite this change, we are excited to be back in person for our Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
All shareholders and descendants are welcome and encouraged to join us to learn more about TAC’s updates and goals for the future and elect Directors to The Aleut Corporation’s Board.
How fitting that it is also our 50th Annual Meeting. Fifty years of The Aleut Corporation is a momentous feat, and we are excited to see what the next 50 years has in store for our shareholders and descendants! We can’t wait to see you.
