Robert Misulich
General Counsel
As General Counsel, Robert (Rob) Misulich oversees the legal and compliance functions of the Aleut family of companies.
Rob was most recently a shareholder of a large regional law firm representing Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs), tribes, Native Hawaiian Organizations, and individual participants in the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. He also previously served as in-house counsel for another regional ANC.
Rob graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and received his J.D. with honors from University of Washington School of Law in Seattle. He is licensed to practice in the courts of Alaska and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He currently serves on several nonprofit boards and is a Past President of the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra.
