53 Years of Growth and Purpose
Aleut Day is a time to recognize the founding of The Aleut Corporation on June 21, 1972, and to reflect on the strength, resilience, and vision of the Unangax̂ people who shaped it.
This year marks our 53rd Aleut Day, and we are celebrating on the edge of a new chapter as we prepare to move in to our new corporate headquarters in Denali Tower North. The move represents more than a change of address. It’s a reflection of Aleut’s growth, both in scale and in vision, as we position ourselves for the future.
Still, some things remain constant. Aleut Plaza, our longtime home and gathering space, will continue to host the annual Aleut Picnic, a tradition that celebrates our community, culture, and shared legacy.
Join us June 28 for this year’s Aleut Picnic! Whether it’s your first time or a long-standing tradition, the Picnic is a joyful opportunity to come together and celebrate what makes us strong, and we hope to see you there.
As we celebrate, we’re reminded that Aleut’s mission calls us to balance growth with responsibility. Every decision we make is guided by the future we’re building together for our shareholders, communities, and the generations yet to come.
