Secretary Colleen Dushkin was elected to her first term on the TAC Board in 2018. Currently, she serves on the Shareholder Affairs and Lands, Resource & Real Estate Committees. With a passion for community advocacy, Colleen is the Executive Director for the Association of Alaska Housing Authorities. In this position, she works to provide training and technical assistance to Indian housing block grant programs in Alaska and helps tribes build capacity by providing the tools to ensure housing programs are in compliance. In her role, she advocates for safe, sanitary, and affordable housing across Alaska. Previously, Colleen worked in the Human Services Department at Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association.
Colleen is a graduate of Mount Edgecumbe High School and received a Bachelor of Administration and Management from Alaska Pacific University in 2020.
Colleen was born and raised in King Cove, Alaska. She lives in Anchorage with her husband Russell and their two children. Her term expires in 2024.
