2024 Aleut Dividend

On behalf of the Aleut Board of Directors, we are excited to announce an $8.00 per share dividend for 2024!

This dividend is a reflection of Aleut’s strong performance last year and a testament to the exceptional work and dedication of our subsidiaries, underlining their dedication to our mission and shareholders.

The total 2024 dividend distribution is over $4 million! Since Aleut’s first dividend payment in 1981, we have paid over $70 million to our shareholders.

Class A and B Shares

$8.00 per share, to be paid out by July 2, 2024.

Elders Benefit

The Elders Benefit is $1,000 to all voting and/or original shareholders who are 60 years or older on March 31, 2024.

The Elders Benefit will be paid out by October 3, 2024.

7(j) Distributions*  (Class B Shares)

$6.30 per share for at-large shareholders and village corporations, to be paid out by May 16, 2024.

*7(j) distributions are not dividends and are not declared by the Board of Directors.  Resource revenue payments for shareholders who own village-class shares (Class A) are mailed directly to their village corporations, as required by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, or ANCSA. Resource revenue payments are made in accordance with Section 7 (j) of ANCSA, which directs the sharing of resource revenues among the twelve regional corporations within the state of Alaska.
