Annual Meeting Information

The 54th Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Hilton Bellevue, 300 112th Avenue SE, Bellevue, Washington, 98004 in the Bellevue Grand Ballroom, beginning at 1:00pm Pacific Time.

Additional information including how to RSVP or attend virtually, will be available as we get closer to the Annual Meeting.

New Candidate Speech Format: Now at the Aleut Picnic

To ensure more shareholders have access to candidate information before voting, board candidate speeches will now be delivered at the Aleut Picnic, recorded, and published on Aleut’s website in August after the Date of Record. 

Why this change?

Since the vast majority of votes are cast before the annual meeting, allowing candidate speeches at the picnic and sharing speeches earlier gives all shareholders the opportunity to hear directly from candidates before submitting their ballots.

New Q&A Format 

To support a more inclusive and informative experience, questions at the meeting will be submitted via online form rather than through an open microphone. Click the button below to view questions submitted for discussion at the Annual Meeting Shareholder Q&A Panel.

Why this change?

The Aleut Board, Management, and staff have received overwhelming feedback indicating that shareholders prefer the option to submit questions in writing rather than speaking at a microphone. This approach is more inclusive to all our shareholders and allows Aleut to provide more detailed and accurate responses, ensuring every question receives thoughtful attention. 

New Way to Connect with the Aleut board

To make it easier for shareholders to share ideas, proposals, or concerns, Aleut has introduced a dedicated email in place of the inflexible Shareholder Resolution process.
