Our Shareholders
The Aleut Annual Meeting of Shareholders is held each year in October on a date determined by the Board of Directors. The sole purposes of the Annual Meeting are to elect directors, report on the financial condition of the Corporation, and to conduct other business that may come before the Board. The Corporation also recognizes the Annual Meeting as an opportunity for our shareholders to gather as one in celebration of successes, our culture, and of each other. Shareholders who cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person are encouraged to attend online via webcast.
Each shareholder is mailed the annual report with their proxy ballot and proxy statement. Shareholders who wish to obtain an additional copy can download one from the Shareholder Portal, pick up a hard copy at the Corporate office, or request a copy be sent to them by contacting the Shareholder Department at 907-561-4300 or info@aleutcorp.com.
