Shareholder Questions & Resolutions

Questions

Shareholder Questions should be emailed to info@aleutcorp.com or mailed to The Aleut Corporation, 4000 Old Seward Hwy, Suite 300; Anchorage AK 99503, by October 2nd. Questions will be consolidated and addressed during the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

Resolutions

Shareholder Resolutions will be accepted until October 2nd and will be reviewed by corporate counsel then submitted to TAC Board Shareholder Affairs Committee for TAC Board action in March 2024. Click here: Shareholder Resolution template.

Voting Prizes and Deadlines

Each shareholder is mailed the annual report with their proxy ballot and proxy statement. Shareholders who wish to obtain an additional copy can download one from the Shareholder Portal, pick up a hard copy at the Corporate office, or request a copy be sent to them by contacting the Shareholder Department at 907-561-4300 or info@aleutcorp.com.

Early-Bird Prizes

Deadline for early-bird proxy receipt by election judge is September 25, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. AST.

TWO (2) – $2,000
SIX (6) – $1,000

Proxy Prizes and Deadlines

Deadline for proxy receipt by election judge is October 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. AST.

ONE (1) – $5,000 GRAND PRIZE
TWO (2) – $2,500
TWO (2) – $1,000
FIVE (5) – $500
FIVE (5) – $250

The deadline for voting by ballot at the Annual Meeting is October 14, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. AST. Ballot votes are not included in the Proxy Prize drawing at the Annual Meeting. If you want to be entered in the Proxy Prize Drawing, you need to return your paper or electronic proxy by October 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. AST. Proxy prizes will be randomly drawn by the Election Judge prior to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on October 14, 2023.

$5,000 Stock Will Drive Bonus Prize

TAC has added a $5,000 BONUS PRIZE drawing for all shareholders who have a valid stock will on file by October 10, 2023. All shareholders with a valid stock will on file before the deadline are automatically entered in the $5,000 Stock Will Bonus Prize drawing. One winner will be announced at our 51st Annual Meeting on October 14, 2023.

You do not need to be present at the Annual Meeting to win, but the winner must have a valid stock will on file.
