Missing Shareholders

When a shareholder goes missing due to an incorrect address or invalid contact information, the shareholder is at risk of not receiving important mailings, information, and even dividend checks. While the Shareholder Department makes every effort to locate lost shareholders, ultimately it is each shareholder’s responsibility to ensure their information is current.

Shareholders can update an address, phone, or email by:

  • Updating information in the Shareholder Portal at https://portal.aleutcorp.com.
  • Completing the “Address Change” form and returning it via mail, fax it to: 907-563-4328, or email to records@aleutcorp.com.
  • Calling the Shareholder Department to update contact information over the phone at: 907-561-4300.

It is a policy of the Corporation to place a shareholder on the Missing Shareholders list after three USPS mail items are returned. A shareholder on the Missing Shareholders list will not receive a newsletters, election materials, tax documents, or dividends.

Shareholder information cannot be changed by anyone other than the shareholder, or their custodian or guardian.
